I had an incredible stay at this hotel with stunning views of the Arenal volcano and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hot springs nearby were a highlight, but the dining could use a bit more variety. Overall, it’s a great value for the amenities and experience provided.
